Game Night(s): Episode Three Point Five

Now that we had Star Wars behind us Adam assured us that Exalted will kick off fast since we only have about three weekends left and a good bit of the campaign to go. That said, Saturday night's game wasn't as amazing as I had hoped... but that's really the players' faults. Blake had literally wasted two hours in the prior session acting like a jackass by attacking a bunch of lizardmen on his own, a fight that if we had all been in, would have lasted two seconds. I ran off to a comic book club grill-out (as an honorary guest no less) in Sylvania thinking we would be getting back before the game was supposed to start... that didn't happen. Andy went to Toombs to help his dad with something and was of course, late. And Carl was doing who knows what. So we started roughly four hours late... I don't blame Adam if he wanted to rush us along.

It was a decently fun session for how rushed we were and the lore crap we learned about during our travels was pretty nifty. We got into a fight with this huge as demon thing who died before I even got to it! Other than that though there isn't too much to report. Hopefully the next couple games are packed with action and more giant demon/lizard monsters, that's all I can hope for.

My quote of the night? Well between my character constantly introducing himself by posing and having his falcon leap off his shoulder cooing, I didn't say much else. There was a fun little moment however that got the GM stamp of approval. We were talking to some ancient Panther god dude who explained how ignorant I was and stated, "You could never understand." My character having an Intelligence score of 1/5 responded with, "Understanding is for this one (I pointed to the smartest character in the party). I simply reinforce that understanding." My character said as he flexed his bicep.

See you next week :D
